He is so stinkin' fun! This was a card we made at Stamp Club last month. I LOVE the Two-Step Owl punch...so many different uses for this little guy! We used retired Designer Series Paper in Pumpkin Pie and Old Olive; but you could use the most current patterns on page 175 of the Idea Book and Catalog. The Happy Halloween greeting could easily be switched out for a fun birthday or thank you card. Don't you just love the Bella Toile background stamp? I know it isn't brand new, but I just bought this stamp a couple of months ago and I'm loving it! It provides such a pretty and elegant background for your cards. Love the new Perfect Punches stamp set, too. All the stamps in this set coordinate with one of our punches!

To get the two-tone image for the "Thanks" I first stamped the image in Wild Wasabi. Then, I used a Blender Pen to remove the ink from the "Thanks." Next, I used the Basic Black Stampin' Write marker to ink the "Thanks" part of the stamp. Finally, I was ready to stamp and punch! So easy, yet makes such a difference. Blender Pens are great tools, not only can you use them to add color to your image, but you can also remove unwanted color from areas on your stamp prior to stamping! Gotta love a multi-tasking tool like that!

Stamps: SU Bella Toile background, Perfect Punches

Paper: SU Whisper White, Wild Wasabi, Basic Black

Ink: SU Wild Wasabi, Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker

Accessories: SU Big Shot, Square Lattice embossing folder, Scallop Oval extra large punch, Blender Pens, Stampin Dimensionals

Click HERE to shop for Stampin' Up! products!

Have a great day!

Angela
Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-204956040461142322.post-29552508142628093342010-09-02T14:18:00.002-05:002010-09-02T14:32:36.792-05:00Holiday Mini Catalog
The Holiday Mini Catalog is now here! It was a beautiful ceremony that we shared with our family and friends. What a special time for our little girl! She didn't even cry when the Deacon poured the Holy Water over her head! Today's card is the one I made for the Deacon who performed her baptism.

I'm loving Wild Wasabi! I'm sure you'll be seeing much more of it in future posts. I bought the Crosses of Hope stamp set for this special occasion, but it can (and will) be used for so many other reasons. The Square Lattice Embossing Folder was perfect for this card. It made small crosses within the design that coordinated perfectly with the cross stamp.

Stamps: Stampin' Up! We used the Extra Large Fancy Flower punch from the Occasions Mini catalog, which just expired on April 30th - but I'm happy to say that you can still order the punch!!! Instead of using paper to create our flower, we used tissue paper to give it a more delicate appearance. We also used colors that will be retiring - Pink Passion and Green Galore. I love the look of these two colors together.

Stamps: Well Scripted, Sweet Swirls Wheel

Paper: SU Pink Passion, Whisper White, Green Galore

Ink: SU Pink Passion

Accessories: SU Big Shot, Top Note die, Little Leaves die, Boho Blossoms punch, Silver Brads, Stampin' Around Handle, non-SU ribbon

Click HERE to shop for Stampin' Up! products!
Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-204956040461142322.post-655363261861860092010-05-05T14:00:00.002-05:002010-05-05T14:11:43.784-05:00Customer Appreciation Card

Today's card is one I made for everyone who placed an order with me during the month of April. Never have I scrapped a page the day after the event happened! Just like my cards, my pages tend to be super simple...remember, I still have pages from 2008 to finish - I have no choice but to be simple!

My Digital Studio makes it so easy!

Click HERE to shop for My Digital Studio and more Stampin' Up! projects!

Have a great day!

Angela
Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-204956040461142322.post-30056022702239708282010-03-11T07:20:00.003-06:002010-03-11T07:34:54.562-06:00Good Luck Card Today's card is a simple one we made at my home school kids' class recently. It uses an old stamp set from Sale-A-Bration from last year - sorry! The hearts are stamped with Polka Dot Punches (SAB 2009) and punched out with the Full Heart punch. If you don't have this stamp set, it would look equally as cute to emboss the hearts with one of the Stampin' Up! embossing folders or Texturz Plates.

You could easily have put "Happy St. Patrick's Day" from Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set for the sentiment, but I chose "Good Luck" from Fundamental Phrases because it could be used year round.

Stamps: SU Polka Dot Punches, Fundamental Phrases, Teeny Tiny Wishes

Paper: SU Whisper White, Glorious Green, Basic Black

Ink: SU Basic Black, Glorious Green

Accessories: SU Modern Label Punch, Word Window Punch, Scallop Edge Punch, Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions Folder, Full Heart Punch, Stampin' Dimensionals

Click HERE to shop for Stampin' Up! products!

Thanks for stopping by!

Angela
Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-204956040461142322.post-43005375165995653562010-02-28T06:34:00.003-06:002010-02-28T06:39:18.845-06:00Holiday Mini Catalog Items Still Available for Purchase

These items were included in the previous Holiday Mini Catalog and are still available for purchase! What kind of demonstrator would you be?

Discount Demonstrator:
You like the idea of buying stamps and supplies for your personal use at a 20 percent discount and occasionally selling to neighbors, relatives, friends, etc.

Seasonal Demonstrator:
You work hard for a short period of time or season to earn a specific amount of money or to achieve a specific goal, and then you maintain minimum orders and sales during the balance of the year.

Hobby Demonstrator:
You love doing workshops and earning extra money when it is convenient. You work a lot some months and very little other months. You will do workshops if they are easy to book, and maybe have a regular group that meets together once a month. You enjoy the rewards that being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator brings, but you don’t plan to make Stampin’ Up! a career.

Career Demonstrator:
You view Stampin’ Up! as a viable business with long-term career potential. You pursue a management role, and you want to continue moving up with your Stampin’ Up! career. You love attending Stampin’ Up! events and have close relationships with other demonstrators. You work at your business in a consistent and outgoing manner. As you can see, this is a fun, flexible business you can build to suit your individual needs and goals.

For more information about becoming a demonstrator, contact me at angelahultman@hotmail.com!

Have a great day!
AngelaUnknownnoreply@blogger.com0
