Isn't this Dasher stamp sweet? He is simple and elegant. We made this card at our Club meeting this month. I gave the ladies a choice of stamping Dasher in Chocolate Chip or heat embossing him in gold. I love him both ways!

Medallion Wreath Christmas Card

I love the Medallion background stamp! This is another version of this card. Here's my Christmas version! My 6 and 4 year old boys had fun punching out the berries for me! Again, I used Old Olive and Real Red. I think this card is so simple, but very elegant.

You've Been Boo'ed!

I'm Back!

Did you think I'd disappeared? We've been busy finishing up the summer with a family vacation to the beach and getting ready for school to start this past week! I have one little guy in first grade and one ready to start preschool in a few weeks. I'm hoping to have more stamping time as we settle back into a normal routine!

Today's card is one I made for my Stamp Club members during July. I've used the fun new stamp set Razzle Dazzle, the new Modern Label punch and this was my first time to play with the new In-Color Melon Mambo.

Only Orange Circle Circus

This card is a CASE from Mary Fish's blog found HERE. She has such classy and elegant designs. We made our version at Stamp Club and Stamp-A-Stack classes this month. It's so simple and sweet. I love the new Circle Circus stamp set and the vibrant Only Orange was a fun color to use. It reminds me of UT Volunteer orange. We're ready for college football season to start around here...go Vols!

Matchbox Treat for the Teacher

This is a project we'll be making at my Stamp-A-Stack class tonight. This cute Matchbox holds Hershey's Nuggets chocolates wrapped in coordinating papers. What teacher wouldn't love to get one of these fun treats the first day of school! It may be hard to tell, but I did use a Texturz Plate to add the polka dots to the box cover.

Ready for the 4th!

Can you believe July 4th is this Saturday? Many of us will be hosting family and friends over to celebrate. I wanted to show you a quick party favor you can make...these cute little firecrackers! Actually, they are rolls of breathmints wrapped in Bordering Blue paper. I actually wanted to use LifeSavers, but they are impossible to find in the rolls! This project can be found in the current (for only a few more days) Spring-Summer 2009 Stampin' Up! catalog on page 31. The stamp set I used is Independence Day, which will retire June 30th!

Dragonfly Card

Today's card is another quick and easy one! I used my Cricut machine and Doodlecharms cartridge to cut out the fun dragonfly using Certainly Celery DSP. The greeting is from the Thoughts and Prayers stamp set. I can't take credit for the design of this card...my downline Lindsay made one very similar to this for her Stamp-A-Stack class last month. B Fabulous!

This fun card uses the cute stamp set Just B, which is retiring June 30th! I've also used the Polka Dot Punches stamp set which was a Sale-A-Bration free set and isn't available now. You could easily use another fun flower stamp and punch to replace these. Stampin' Dimensionals add a bit of depth to the flowers. It's hard to tell from the picture, but I did use the Background I Texturz Plates to add some texture to the Rose Red paper.

Crocodile Dock Thanks!

Finally - a new post! We've been having a great time at VBS this week! The theme was down in the bayou at Crocodile Dock. I made these for the directors and my boys' teachers to thank them for all of their hard work. I'd been the VBS director for the past 2 years, so I know how hard they've been working. I also gave the directors a set of monogram stationary. I didn't get started on these projects until late last night, so it had to be very simple! The cute alligator is from Wild About You. It's retiring at the end of this month...so get it now!

Congrats Grad!

Both of my sisters are graduating this month! One graduated from college earlier this month. The other is graduating from high school. I was a senior in high school when she was born...that makes me feel old! This is the card I made for her - it's in her school's colors of red and gold.
